Learning to live pain free starts with a free evaluation. Whether we meet in person in Prescott, AZ, or virtually, my goal at Natural Back Pain Relief LLC is to help you become the best pain-free version of yourself every step of the way.

How is This Different?

Together, you and I will find the right approach to bring your body back into alignment to allow you to thrive. Your feedback is critical for me to dial in a custom menu that considers any current physical limitations you might have, how much daily time you have available to perform your menu, and so on. We will ensure that our game plan is comfortable and practical for you. Think of this as therapeutic yoga, custom tailored to your life and your body. This is a partnership. Only through working together can we both be successful.

In-Person or Virtual Appointments

Here's what to expect from an appointment:

  • The first appointment is a bit longer to discuss your history and goals.
  • Analyze your posture and functionally test your mobility, strength, and balance
  • Generate a custom menu of exercises
  • Practice the menu together to measure improvement and make any necessary changes
  • You will receive an email with the full menu, including links to videos and written descriptions of how to do each exercise.
  • I will check in with you between appointments to see how the menu is working for you and to determine if we need to make minor adjustments or not.

Emergency Sprained Ankle Treatment

If you sprain your ankle and don't think there is a break or tear, contact me immediately. You do not need a scheduled appointment for this service. The quicker you can come in to receive treatment, the more likely you will be able to walk the same day without even a limp. Treatment typically takes 30 minutes upon your arrival.

$720 ($120 per session) - includes one initial and five regular sessions, an $80 savings.

12 Session Friends & Family Package

$1400 ($116.67 per session) - includes two initial and 10 regular sessions, to be shared between friends and family members, a $200 savings.

Emergency Sprained Ankle Treatment

$50 - No appointment required. Call me as soon as possible. Approximately 30 minute service. If you can't get to the office on your own, call anyway and we'll see if there is something we can work out.
